John J. Arruda

Attleboro – John J. Arruda, 57, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2019. Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, he was a son of Doris M. (Walker) Arruda of Cumberland and the late Arthur Arruda. John worked as an accountant for many years. He enjoyed playing cards, especially “Skip-Bo”, with his family and friends. In his younger days, John was an avid golfer and enjoyed watching and following local sports teams. He will be missed, but fondly remembered by his family and friends. Besides his mom, John leaves three siblings, Michael A. Arruda and his wife, Ann, of Riverside, Carol A. Fleming and her husband, Ken, of Attleboro and Paul M. Arruda and his wife, Tammy, of Castleton, Vermont; a niece, Amy Tundel and three nephews, Alex Tundel, Peter “Jake” Read and Payton Read. He was the brother-in-law of the late, Chris Tundel.
