Joanne Viveiros

Pawtucket – Joanne (Giguere) Viveiros, 68, passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Eugene C. Viveiros for twenty-eight years. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Irene (Braganca) Giguere. Joanne worked in finance and wealth management after a twenty-year career at Hasbro as a quality control specialist. She was proud of her Portuguese heritage and made her dream trip to Portugal and Spain with her husband, in 2014. Joanne loved listening to traditional Portuguese music and dancing, her Wednesday night card games and watching S.L. Benfica Soccer games. She enjoyed caring for her beloved cats and dogs. She also loved the beach, to travel and spend time with her family and dear friends.
