Jeannine M. Arnold

Cumberland – Jeannine M. (Landry) Arnold, 85, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2016.

She was the wife of the late Florent A.

Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Leon and Alice (Carroll) Landry.

Jeannine was a CNA with Visiting Nurse Home Health Services, Providence, for many years until her retirement in 1995.

A devout Catholic, she was a longtime communicant of St.

John Vianney Church, Cumberland.

Jeannine was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother, always putting her family first.

She enjoyed shopping, reading and spending long summer days on the beach, especially at Beavertail Lighthouse in Jamestown.

Jeannine enjoyed spending time with her family and never missed attending the many activities of her grandchildren.

She was especially proud of them and all of their achievements.

Jeannine was lovingly cared for through her illness by her daughters for the past year and will be held in their hearts forever.

She leaves four children, Richard Arnold of Warwick, Linda Richard of Cumberland, Janet Arnold and her companion, Gale Faria of Pawtucket and James Arnold of Warwick; two brothers, Carroll Landry in Florida and Roger Landry of Pawtucket; two sisters, Monique Sirois of Providence and Lorraine Pelletier-Gavlik in Florida; five grandchildren, Matthew Arnold, Kyle Richard, Alexandra Curran, Jamie Arnold and Alicia Arnold and five great-grandchildren.

She was the sister of the late Russell Landry.

Her funeral will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St.

John Vianney Church, 3609 Diamond Hill Rd., Cumberland.

Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.

VISITATION will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m.
