Pawtucket – Jeannette N. (Emery) Robitaille, 86, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 10, 2023.

She was the beloved wife of the late Albert H.

Robitaille, Jr. for sixty-three years.

Born in Central Falls, she was daughter of the late William and Marie “Jeanne” (LeBlanc) Emery.

Jeannette grew up in Central Falls and graduated high school in 1954 from the former St.

John the Baptist Academy, Pawtucket.

She was a communicant of the former Church of St.

Leo the Great, and most recently at St.

Teresa Church, both of Pawtucket.

Jeannette worked as a waitress for many years at the former Kips and the former TK Club, both of Pawtucket.

She came from a family of restaurateurs and worked for her brothers’ businesses, Emery’s Catering and the former Leo’s Catering, both of Central Falls.

She enjoyed sewing and worked as a seamstress at the former Health-Tex, Central Falls, and retired in 1995 from the daycare service that she ran out of her home.

Jeannette served as a Co-State Representative for the Rhode Island Retreads motorcycle club with her husband for over ten years.

She was very involved with her children’s activities and served as a Cub Scout Den Mother and a Girl Scout Leader for Brownie’s, Girl Scouts and Cadettes throughout the Darlington area.

Jeannette enjoyed country dancing with her husband, gardening and loved motorcycling with her husband throughout the U.S.

She is survived by her loving children, Albert L.

Robitaille and his wife, Catherine, of Manchester, CT, Russell P.

Robitaille and his wife, Jody, also of Manchester, CT, Valerie J.

Burrus of Seekonk, MA, Bruce D.

Robitaille and his wife, Patricia Zifcak, of Pawtucket and Juliette A.

Robitaille of Pawtucket; seven grandchildren, Nicole and Michelle Robitaille, Nicholas and Jessica Robitaille, Brandon and Eric Burrus and Montana Sisson; several nieces, nephews and cousins and her beloved cat, “Ozzy”.

She was the sister of the late Richard Emery, Leo Emery, Therese Goyette, Henri Emery and Helene Emery.

Relatives and friends are welcome to attend VISITATION on Wednesday, December 20th from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Noon in St.

Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Linn Health & Rehabilitation, 30 Alexander Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 would be appreciated.
