Janet M. Fregault, Rn

East Providence – Janet M. Fregault, RN, 66, of Rumford, RI, went to eternal rest on Friday, December 21, 2012 after a brief illness surrounded by her family. She was born in Pawtucket, RI on October 12, 1946 the eldest child of the late Agnes H. (Sarazin) and Roland H. Fregault and grew up in North Attleboro, MA, where she attended Sacred Heart School. A graduate of St. Xavier Academy in Providence, she later earned her RN degree from Pawtucket Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1968, and attended the University of Maryland. Her nursing career spanned more than 44 years, most all of it at Pawtucket Memorial Hospital, with experience in critical care nursing, oncology, and hematology. Some of her happiest times were traveling with her family and friends to Alaska, Ireland, and the Caribbean. She was actively engaged for many years in planning the annual family reunions at West Island and will always be remembered by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins for her selfless giving and warm caring...
