Isabella "Bella" E. Wardyga

Pawtucket – Isabella “Bella” E. (Pistachio) Wardyga, 94, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2012.

She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Wardyga, Sr. for sixty-six years.

Born in North Providence, the daughter of the late Michael Pistachio, Sr. and Ethel (Williams) Pistachio, she resided in Pawtucket most of her life.

Bella met her late husband while working at Lorraine Mills, she later worked at Raycrest and then Royal Electric before retiring.

She leaves her daughter and caregiver, Brenda Jarvis of Pawtucket; her son, Thomas Wardyga, Jr. and his companion, Tammie Smith of Arlington, Texas; brother-in-law, Alec Wardyga, Sr. of Pawtucket; grandchildren, Rhonda Marie Santos and her husband, Jose of North Providence, Michael Wardyga of Phoenix, Arizona, Todd E.

Jarvis and his companion, Dr.

Timothy Cook of Bellevue, Nebraska and Selina Jarvis of Cranston; great-grandchildren, Roman Vangeli of Providence, Candace Wardyga and Dusty Wardyga both of Phoenix, Arizona and many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Michael Pistachio and the sister-in-law of the late Stephan Wardyga, Sr. and Edward Wardyga, Sr.

VISITATION will begin Thursday at 11 a.m. followed by Services at noon at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

John’s Ukrainian Cemetery, Cumberland will be private.
