Henry S. Machowski

Attleboro – Henry S. Machowski, 86, formerly of Sand Castle, South Attleboro, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018. He was the beloved husband of the late Rosemary “Rosie” A. (Collins) Machowski. A lifelong resident of South Attleboro, he was a son of the late Joseph and Mary (Moskal) Machowski. Henry was a United States Navy veteran of the Korean War and later worked as a supervisor at Fortifiber Corp., Attleboro, for over thirty years until his retirement. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 312, South Attleboro for many years. Henry’s main focus in life was his wife, children and grandchildren. Henry leaves three sons, Stephen H. Machowski of South Attleboro, Gary M. Machowski of Cranston and David A. Machowski of South Attleboro; a daughter, Lisa A. Ahearn of North Attleboro, a sister, Julia Machowski of South Attleboro; seven grandchildren; a great-grandson and many nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Michael E.
