Helen Kosior

Pawtucket – Helen (Augun) Kosior, 91, passed away Monday, February 14, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Leo F. Kosior. Born in Nashua, New Hampshire, the daughter of the late Wladislaw and Mary (Norcko) Augun, she resided in Pawtucket since 1924. Helen was a graduate of Bryant College. She was the Assistant to the Director of the American Heart Association for over twenty years before retiring in 1998. In her later years, her passion was her grandson, Brandon Speight. She immensely enjoyed his hockey games, never missing one. Besides her grandson, she leaves her daughter, Leslie Ann Speight and her husband Michael J. with whom she made her home. She was the sister of the late Wallace Augun. VISITATION Wednesday 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. followed by Services at 7:30 p.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
