Grace M. Hallquist

Pawtucket – Grace M. (Keenan) Hallquist, 97, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

She was the beloved wife of the late Alvin L.

Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late William C. and Alice (Donnelly) Keenan.

Grace graduated from Pawtucket West High School and was a lifelong resident of the city.

She worked at the former Real Reel Corporation, Rumford, until her retirement.

Grace lived for her adoring grandchildren and helped care for them after retiring.

An avid reader, she enjoyed singing taking bus trips with her family.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Gail Maloney and her husband, Russ, of Pawtucket; two beloved grandchildren, Heather Albano and her husband, Jaycen, of Seekonk, MA and Melissa Balmforth and her husband, Michael, of Pawtucket; five great-grandchildren, Jaylyn, Jaycen, Hailey, Skylar and Carter.

She was the sister of the late Norma Cundy, Lucille Grady, Alice Keenan, John “Jack” Keenan and Eugene Keenan.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, beginning with visitation at 9:30 a.m. and concluding with Services at 11:00 a.m. in WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Interment with her late husband will follow at Seekonk Cemetery, Newman Ave., Seekonk.
