Gerard "Jerry" A. Sanville

Terre Haute, Indiana - Gerard “Jerry” A. Sanville,71, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 27, 2022 with his wife by his side after an extended illness. He was the beloved husband of Sharon (Knoblett) Sanville, together they made their home in Terre Haute, IN, for the past thirty-four years. Born in Providence, on January 5, 1951, he was a son of the late George G. and Gertrude R. (McCrea) Sanville. Jerry was a United States Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam war and later served in the United States Army. He also served as assistant fire chief of his local fire department for 25 years and was a retired Telecommunications Maintenance technician from Frontier Communications. Besides his loving wife, Jerry leaves a brother, Robert L. Sanville and his wife, Linda, of Richmond, RI; two beloved nephews, Kyle and Alex Sanville, and great nieces and nephew. He was the brother of the late George J. Sanville. Services with Military Honors will be private. Jerry will be laid to rest...
