Pawtucket – George A.
Wright, Jr., 70, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2015.
He was the beloved husband of Karin E. (Brunelle) Wright for 40 years.
Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late George A., Sr., and Edith (Varley) Wright.
George was the shop foreman at H&H Products, North Attleboro for over 30 years and later worked for Ferland Property Management, Pawtucket until his retirement.
George was involved in the Boy Scouts of America, St.
Theresa Church, Pack 24, South Attleboro and assistant scout master of Boy Scout Troop 35 for many years.
He was very handy and enjoyed working with his tools and completing puzzles.
Above all, George was a devoted and loving husband, father and “Pop-Pu”.
He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered.
Besides his loving wife, he leaves two sons, George A.
Wright, III and Robert J.
Wright both of Pawtucket; a daughter, Laura L Wright of Pawtucket; a granddaughter, Tayla L.
Arlan; a sister, Joyce A.
Solomon of Jamestown and many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Marion DeGrafft and Carol Ann Harmon.
VISITATION will begin on Sunday at 2 p.m. followed by Services at 5 p.m. at WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
