George D. Morrison, Jr.

Pawtucket – George D. Morrison, Jr., 62, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 19, 2015. Born in Lake Placid, New York, the son of the late George D., Sr. and Frances X. (Marcil) Morrison, he resided in Pawtucket most of his life. George was a graduate of St. Raphael Academy and had been a conductor for Amtrak for twenty-nine years. He loved fishing, clamming, time spent at the beach, music, dancing and gardening. George was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. His companion of thirty years, Susan L. Robertson of Pawtucket is his only survivor. VISITATION will begin Friday, December 4th at 10 a.m. followed by Services at noon at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
