Warwick – Frederick “Fred” I. Crossman, Sr., 83, of Warwick, passed away peacefully at the home of his Son with those whom he loved by his side on Saturday, December 23, 2017. He was the beloved husband of the late M. Sharon (Kelly) Crossman. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Whipple D. and Iva G. (Card) Crossman. He is survived by his older brother Whipple "Whip" D. Crossman, Jr. Fred was an alumni of Eaglebrook School, Deerfield, MA, Moses Brown School, Providence, RI, Tabor Academy, Marion, MA; and Bryant College of Business Administration, Providence, RI and served his country in both the United States Navy and United States Coast Guard. After his honorable discharge from active duty, Fred served for many years in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. He was an entrepreneur and most recently the founder and President of Screens & Prints, Co. Located on Roosevelt Avenue in Pawtucket, RI.
