Pawtucket – Frank Riley, 95, passed away peacefully at home in the presence of his family on Friday, June 15, 2012.
He was the beloved husband of Idola (Ross) Riley for 69 years.
Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, he was a son of the late Ernest and Mary Emma (Crossley) Riley.
Frank was a World War II US Army veteran and worked as a master book binder for the J.C.
Hall Co., Pawtucket, for 32 years until his retirement.
Frank was a longtime volunteer and first aid instructor for the American Red Cross.
Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Kenneth F.
Riley and his wife, Marie M. of Pawtucket and a granddaughter, Sarah M.
Riley of Silver Spring, MD.
He was the brother of the late Ethel Bonin, Florence Davison, Phyllis Bienvenue, Edith Campbell and Herbert Riley.
His funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Blessed Pope John Paul, II Parish, St.
Leo’s Church, 697 Central Ave., Pawtucket.
Interment with Military Honors will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
VISITATION will be Monday from 4 to 7 p.m.
