Winter Haven, FL – Francis “Frank” E. McArdle, Jr., 54, passed away unexpectedly while visiting family in Rhode Island on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Francis E., Sr. and Anna (DiSalvia) McArdle. Frank lived in Rhode Island until moving to Winter Haven, Florida in 1989. He worked for many years in security, most recently for Publix Supermarkets in Florida. Frank had a passion for automobiles, and he also enjoyed watching movies. Frank leaves a son, Ghonni R. Kowalski, Sr. of Winter Haven, FL; two stepchildren, Teaoni and Michael of Winter Haven, FL; two grandsons, Ghonni R.
