Frances M. Carlos

Pawtucket – Frances M. (Foster) Carlos, 100, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 12, 2017.  She was the beloved wife of the late Charles E. Carlos. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late James and Catherine (McLeough) Foster. Frances was a former member of the Pinecrest Community Association and bowling league. She was also a former member of the Pawtucket Country Club, where she enjoyed playing on the golf league for many years. Frances loved spending time with her family, especially at the beach. She was the mother of Rosemary E. Flynn and her late husband, William, of Lincoln, John V. Carlos and his wife, Dorothy, of Cumberland, Marilyn Love and her husband, William, of Billerica, MA, Thomas C. Carlos and his wife, Valerie, of Pawtucket, Nancy J.
