Lincoln – Fouad Bakleh, 99, of Wilbur Road, a retired tailor, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2011. He was the beloved husband of the late Julia (Salhany) Bakleh. Born in Damascus, Syria, a son of the late Salim and Asma (Haqer) Bakleh, he came to the United States in 1980 and settled in Pawtucket before moving to Lincoln 19 years ago. He leaves two sons, Salim Bakleh of Las Vegas and Edward Bakleh with whom he resided; two daughters, Evate Attalla in Damascus, Syria and Layla Bakleh of Palestine; ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Abdulla Bakleh and Evon Gerdok. Services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church, 249 High St., Pawtucket.
