Evelyn L. Hilton-Gingras

Evelyn L. (Hereth) Hilton-Gingras, 85, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 17, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Fred Hilton and more recently the late Albert Gingras. Born in Rehoboth she was a daughter of the late William, Sr. and Alice (Mercier) Hereth. Evelyn had worked over the years as a jewelry assembler until her retirement several years ago. She leaves five children, Nancy Polano of Norton, MA, Louise Barton of Bourne, MA, Vivian Raposa of West Warwick, Fred Hilton of Mooers, NY and Scott Hilton of West Warwick; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and she was the sister of the late William Hereth, Jr. Graveside Services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Armistice Boulevard, Pawtucket.
