Eveline T. Engelhardt

Pawtucket – Eveline T. (Swistak) Engelhardt, 77, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 9, 2014. She was the beloved wife of Paul E. Engelhardt, together they would have celebrated 57 years of marriage this June. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late John S. and Jeannette L. (Cote) Swistak. Eveline worked as a secretary in the Special Education Department for the Pawtucket School System for over 20 years until her retirement. She and her husband enjoyed bowling at East Providence Lanes and spending time with her family at the former Bobby’s Rollaway, where she was known by many as “Ma”. Besides her loving husband, Eveline leaves three children, Elaine J. Olivier and her husband, John of Pascoag, Jo-Ann E. Wunschel and her husband, Gary and Paul J. Engelhardt all of Pawtucket; six grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Paul, Jr. and Daniel Engelhardt, Cody Olivier and Lindsey Wunschel; three great-grandchildren and four nieces.
