Eugene A. Welsh

Pawtucket – Eugene A. Welsh, 74, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Margaret M. (Neenan) Welsh. Born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Eugene J. and Helen M. (Roche) Welsh. Gene worked for Prudential for more than forty-four years, working in many roles over his lengthy and successful career.  He most enjoyed training young professionals, and many in the company credit Gene with the start of their professional success.   Gene was a devoted husband to his wife, Margaret, who was his high school sweetheart and great love.  They were married for fifty happy years, shared many wonderful adventures, and proudly raised three children.
