Estelle A. Gardner

Pawtucket – Estelle A. (Blanchette) Gardner, 82, passed away peacefully at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care on Friday, May 20, 2016.

Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Aurore (Guindon) Blanchette and the step-daughter of the late Eve (Hudson) Blanchette.

Estelle worked as a payroll clerk at Hasbro for over 25 years retiring at the age of 76.

She was a member of the Hasbro Quarter Century Club and enjoyed sewing.

Estelle was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.

She leaves two daughters, Dianne Gardner of Lincoln and Karen Mooney and her husband, Kevin of Pawtucket; her former husband, Raymond W.

Gardner of Lincoln; two sisters, Arlene Figura of Cranston and Vivian Sauer of North Providence; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Ernest and Raymond Blanchette.

Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.

Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave.

Interment will follow at Mt.

Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland.

VISITATION will be Tuesday 4 to 7 p.m.
