Ernest F. Marasa

Pawtucket – Ernest F. Marasa, 97, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary R. (Risho) Marasa. Born in Astoria, New York, a son of the late John and Mary (Spinola) Marasa, he resided in Pawtucket since 1946. Ernie was a proud World War II U.S. Army veteran, and a master tool & die maker for several companies before retiring from Texas Instruments after many years. He enjoyed gardening and was a Past Master of Hamilton Lodge #15, North Scituate, now Manchester Lodge #12, Coventry, and an honorary member of E.L. Freeman Lodge #41, now Jenks Lodge #24, Pawtucket. He leaves four children, Janice M. Courtemanche, E. Fred Marasa, Stephen G. Marasa and Betty-Lou M. Hoffmeier; four grandchildren, Dara R. Liebermensch, Sarah D.
