Pawtucket – Emma E. (Vecoli) Miniati, 87, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, October 5, 2024.
She was the beloved wife of the late Robert H.
Miniati for fifty-seven years.
A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Guido and Maria (Coppede) Vecoli.
In December 2000, she retired from William M.
Career & Technical High School, where she was a teacher’s assistant for fourteen years and VICA advisor during her early employment.
As a Registered X-ray Technician since 1957, she was a member of several X-ray technician’s associations.
Other activities included school PTA’s, church ministry, church flea markets, and Pawtucket East High School Class of 1954 Class Reunion Committee and record keeper.
She leaves three loving sons, Michael J. (Rhonda) Miniati of Attleboro, Robert H. (Rebecca) Miniati, II of Pawtucket, Kevin L. (Donna Silva) Miniati of Pawtucket; three loving grandchildren, Dylan, Koral and Kyle; a brother, Marco Vecoli of Pawtucket and many nieces and nephews.
She was the grandmother of the late Nicholas J.
Miniati and the sister of the late Albert Vecoli, Emma Vecoli, Silvio Vecoli, Guido Vecoli, Jr., Charles A.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.
Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave.
Interment will follow at Mt.
Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Concussion Legacy Foundation, 361 Newbury St., 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02115 would be appreciated.
