Elva "Jean" Duncan

Central Falls – Elva “Jean” Duncan, 91, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Floyd O. Duncan. Born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Beulah (Whisenant) Harper. Jean was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who enjoyed knitting, crocheting, sewing, playing video casino games, scratch tickets, collecting statues of Cardinals, Bingo and playing cards with family and friends alike. She was also an avid fan of both the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox. Jean will be lovingly remembered by all her family, friends, and those whose lives she has touched over the past ninety-one years. Jean leaves three daughters, Patricia Carter and her husband, David, of Pawtucket, Vicki Gelardi and her husband, Wayne, of Salem, NH and Debbie Jean Trusty and her husband, Todd, of Pelham, NH; ten grandchildren, Amanda Jean Carter, Caitlin Snyder, Daniel Gelardi, Jessica Jean Simone, Benjamin Trusty, Charles Feagin,...
