Elliott M. Fox, Jr.

Smithfield – Elliott M. Fox, Jr., 71, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.  He was the beloved husband of Catherine R. Fox, loving each other for nearly 50 years. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Elliott M., Sr. and Dorothy M. (Bergeron) Fox. Besides being Cathy's "Prince Charming" and true love, he was a devoted Dad who was always proud of his children, the Best Papa Ever to his 5 grandchildren, Father-in law, Uncle, Brother-in-law, Friend, and Brother to his five sisters. He loved sports, whether watching on television, in person or coaching, especially when it involved grandkids. He was a Dad and Papa that "showed up"! The couple enjoyed attending music concerts and the theatre and he, an accomplished singer and actor, often shared the stage with his wife Cathy. A favorite past time of his was to go fishing with his son or to sit around a campfire, sharing laughs and stories with family while camping at Bowdish Lake.
