Elizabeth A. Cruz

Walpole, MA - Elizabeth A. (Rodenhiser) Cruz, 84, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2026. She was the loving wife of the late Joaquim “Jack” Cruz. Born in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Louis M. and Alice M. (Reddington) Rodenhiser.

Elizabeth was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She worked for many years as a waitress for Café Venice in Norwood, MA. A devout Catholic, Elizabeth enjoyed attending Mass at LaSalette Shrine in Attleboro, MA. She also enjoyed caring for her pet cockatoo “Baby”.

She leaves behind her beloved sons, Kenneth F. Cotter of Providence, RI and David P. Cotter of Walpole, MA, grandchildren, James Cotter, Katherine Cotter, Sarah Cotter, and Courtney Cotter, and siblings, Linda Hines, Louis Rodenhiser, and Regina Olson.

She was pre-deceased by her son, Paul Cotter, and her brother, Paul Rodenhiser.

VISITATION will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 4:00pm-7:00pm at the WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Interment will be private.
