South Attleboro – Elizabeth M. (Beaulieu) Courchene, 85, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 15, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward A. Courchene. Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Brett) Beaulieu. A graduate of the former Sacred Heart High School, Pawtucket, Elizabeth relocated to South Attleboro in 1963 with her family. She worked as a fabricator at the former Jostens, Attleboro, for twenty years prior to her retirement in 2001. Elizabeth was a devout communicant of St. Theresa Church in South Attleboro and enjoyed being surrounded with her parish community. An avid follower of her favorite television soap operas, Elizabeth also enjoyed retail therapy shopping and raking leaves, while spending time with her daughter outdoors. She is survived by her loving daughter, Karen E. Courchene of South Attleboro and an aunt, Harriet Mann of Rehoboth, who is the sister of the late Elizabeth (Brett) Beaulieu. Her funeral will be held on Friday at 9 a.m....
