Elizabeth "Betty" A. Girard

Pawtucket – Elizabeth “Betty” A. Girard, 82, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 20, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Conrad E. Girard. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Edward Cloutier of Cranston and the late Claire (Arrighi) Bois with her adoptive father Edward Bois of Pawtucket. Betty graduated from Tolman High School in Pawtucket and was Salutatorian of her class. She retired from The Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island in 2011 after 40 years of service. During her tenure, Betty expressed her deep conviction to help others and serve the community. She worked in various management positions throughout the hospital and completed her professional service as the Senior Vice President of Operations under the leadership of her dear friend and administrator of the hospital, Francis R.
