Seekonk - Eleanor “Ellie” T. (Webster) LePage, R.N., 88, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 1, 2013.

She was the beloved wife of Russell F.

LePage for sixty-five years.

Born in Central Falls, the daughter of the late John and Emily (Tyas) Webster, she resided in Seekonk since 1954.

Ellie was a 1942 graduate of Central Falls High School and a 1946 graduate of Roger Williams Nursing School, Providence.

She was an Army Cadet Nurse during World War II serving at Hines Memorial Hospital, Chicago, IL.

Ellie was the Head Nurse at the former Notre Dame Hospital, Central Falls.

She was twice nominated for Nurse of the Year in Rhode Island and received the Dr.

Frist Humanitarian Award in 1986.

Ellie was a communicant of the former St.

Martin’s Episcopal Church, Pawtucket, where she volunteered at the Church Food Closet and was also a volunteer at St.

Elizabeth’s Home for the Aged.

She was a former member of the Women’s Golf League at the Wading River Country Club, Norton and a Past President of the Cherry Hill Acres Community Association.

She had been involved in The DeMolay Mothers Club, Seekonk; North School PTA and was a former North Seekonk Cub Scouts Den Mother.

Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, Russell J.

LePage and his wife, Karen of South Berwick, Maine and Scott A.

LePage and his wife, Sheila of Warwick and four grandchildren, Sarah, A.J., Kristin and Kelsey LePage.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Graveside Service on Tuesday, December 10th at 2 p.m. at the Seekonk Cemetery, Newman Ave., Seekonk.

Visitation and flowers are omitted.

Memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701 would be appreciated.
