Edwin M. Faria

Pawtucket – Edwin M. Faria, 60, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 30, 2016. He was the former husband of Katherine (Lima) Faria. Born in Faial, Azores, Portugal, a son of the late Manuel and Olga (Gomes) Faria, he resided in Pawtucket most of his life. Eddie loved anything to do with cars, especially car shows and auctions. He also enjoyed golfing. Besides his former wife, he leaves a daughter, Crystal M. Faria; siblings, Florinda Edwards, Manuela Correia, Lubelia Reis, Carlos Faria, Luis Faria and Rosa Pacheco and many nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Visitation and flowers are omitted.
