Edward F. Marcotte

Seekonk, MA – Edward F. Marcotte, 80, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, September 6, 2024. He was the beloved husband of the late Sandra D. (Pope) Marcotte, who passed away in 2011. Born in Taunton, he was a son of the late Elmer V. and Albina (St. Aubin) Marcotte.  Edward graduated from Taunton Vocational High School. He went on to serve in the United States Navy for twenty-two years and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He subsequently worked at Coffee Pause in Hopkinton, Massachusetts and at CHN Anodizing in Pawtucket until his retirement. Ed was a longtime member of the VFW Post 115 in Attleboro and the American Legion Post 14 in Cumberland.  Edward is survived by a daughter, Jana L. Borgen and her husband, Michael, of Wilmington, MA; a son, Brett E.
