Edward N. Malloy, Sr.

Seekonk, MA – Sadly we announce the passing of Edward N. Malloy, Sr., 89, on Friday, June 16, 2023 at home. He was the beloved husband of 64 years of Barbara A. (McCann) Malloy and dad of Edward N. Malloy, Jr. and his wife, Megan, of Spokane, WA, James M. Malloy and his wife, Dory-Lynn, of North Scituate, RI, Robert A. Malloy and his wife, Michele, of Leesburg, VA and Thomas S. Malloy and his fiancée, Rebecca, of Seekonk, MA. Edward also leaves five grandchildren, Mackenzie, Bailey, Brett, Daniel, and Jamie. He was the brother of the late John and Beatrice Malloy.  Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late John E. and M. Blanche (Plante) Malloy. Edward was a graduate of Pawtucket Vocational High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales College, Providence, RI.  A Korean War Army veteran, he was stationed in Germany.
