Edith M. Krekorian

To View Funeral Home Service Via Livestream Click Link Seekonk – Edith M. (Heyssler) Krekorian, 91, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Ruben E. Krekorian. Born and raised in Germany, she a daughter of the late Maximillen and Margarete (Kunze) Heyssler. In 1952, she moved from Germany to Montreal, where she spent some of the next two years working as a nanny and a fashion model. In Montreal, she also met her husband, Ruben. In 1960, the couple moved into their new home in Seekonk where they resided for many happy years. She was the Director of Purchasing at the American Mathematical Society, Providence, for twenty-eight years before retiring in 1989. In 1993 she became the Producer and Director of “Change of Pace with Edie” which was broadcast on cable channel 9. She was actively involved in Seekonk’s civic life.
