Dorothy M. Fox

Pawtucket – Dorothy M. (Bergeron) Fox, 90, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 25, 2015.

She was the beloved wife of the late Elliott M.

A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Laura (Madsen) Bergeron.

Dorothy was the proprietor of Fox’s Grocery, Benefit St., Pawtucket for over 50 years until her retirement several years ago.

She enjoyed painting and was a former member of the Providence Art Club for many years.

Dorothy leaves a son, Elliott M.

Fox, Jr. and his wife, Catherine of Greenville; five daughters, Nancy M.

Fox of Pawtucket, Susan J.

Beauvais and her husband, Edmund of Pawtucket, Laurie A.

Ferreira of Greenville, Judith L.

Presbrey of Pawtucket and Natalie A.

Vaillancourt and her husband, Eric of Pawtucket; a sister, Anna B.

Bergeron of Pawtucket; a brother, John Bergeron of Warwick; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Arthur, William, Peter and Donald Bergeron.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend VISITATION on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Funeral and burial will be private.
