Dorothy T. Crawford

Seekonk – Dorothy T. (Silvia) Crawford, 79, of Madison, Maine, formerly of Seekonk, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Sunday, December 7, 2014. She was the beloved wife of Robert Crawford for 59 years. Born in Seekonk, she was a daughter of the late Manuel and Belmedia (Governo) Silvia. Dorothy worked in banking for many years until her retirement and was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Besides her loving husband, she leaves a son, Dennis Crawford and his wife, Donna of South Attleboro; a daughter, Doreen DeRosa and her husband, Christopher of Madison, ME; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two sisters, Teresa Campion of South Attleboro and Beverly Cyr of North Ft. Myers, FL. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish, Coyle Drive, Seekonk.
