Dorothy A. Conway

Rumford – Dorothy A. (Heffron) Conway, 85, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, February 4, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward S. Conway. Born in Ashland, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Raymond W. and Dorothy C. (Doyle) Heffron. Dotti had resided in Pennsylvania, New York, North Carolina and Pawtucket before moving to Rumford in 2021. She was an administrative assistant at Hasbro for twenty years before retiring in 2002.  Dotti was a communicant of St. Teresa Church, Pawtucket, where she was a past-president and treasurer of the Seniors Club and had served as the wedding coordinator. An avid seamstress and crocheter, she enjoyed participating with the group of seamstresses and crocheters at the church who made prayer shawls and other religious items for the community.
