Doris L. Shea

Pawtucket – Doris L. (Plamondon) Shea, 89, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, October 17, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Edwin L. Shea. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Oscar A. and Emma (Camire) Plamondon. Doris was a seamstress at Health-Tex for nearly forty years until its closing. She will always be remembered as a strong woman and for her great sense of humor. Doris was an avid Red Sox fan; devoted Bingo player and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She leaves two daughters, Patricia Shea-Samul of Connecticut and Carol A. Shea of Pawtucket; four grandchildren, Gina Brielle Buglione, Daniel J. Dyer and his fiancée Kristen Dagenais, Justine D. Fernandes and Gianna L. Fernandes and a great-grandson, Kaleb Joshua Stewart.
