Doris M. Firth

Pawtucket – Doris M. (Snape) Firth, 96, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Clinton F. Firth. Born in Pawtucket on January 19, 1925, Doris resided here most of her life until recently making her home at the St. Antoine Residence in North Smithfield. She was the daughter of the late John and Hannah (Hindle) Snape. Doris was devoted to her family, always selflessly putting the needs of others before her own. She was also a loving caregiver to her late husband and parents. Doris was a dedicated and longtime volunteer at the former Memorial Hospital, Pawtucket and a devout, faithful member of the Church of the Epiphany, Rumford. Doris leaves a son, John A. Firth and his wife, Debra, of Pawtucket; two daughters, Linda M. Browning and her husband, Glenn, of South Attleboro, and Pamela A. Hoffer and her husband, Gary, of Pawtucket; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late William Snape....
