Doris C. Desorcy

Pawtucket – Doris C. (Samson) Desorcy, 83, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Armand “Smoothie” R. Desorcy. Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Jules and Loretta (Senecal) Samson. Doris had resided in Pawtucket most of her life. She leaves five daughters, Kathleen Brittain of Florida, Carolyn Smith of North Carolina, Brenda Pinto of North Kingstown, Sharon Serpa of North Carolina and Sandra Natale of Seekonk; two sons, Brian Desorcy and Dennis Desorcy both of Pawtucket; a brother, Raymond Samson of Pawtucket; thirteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Constance Caron, Ronald Samson and Rene Samson. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 11 a.m. followed by Services at 1 p.m. at WILLIAM W.
