Carlos, 81, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2011.
He was the beloved husband of Ida (Matook) Carlos for 55 years.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Charles E. and Mary E. (Reese) Carlos, he resided in Lincoln over 50 years.
Don was a Korean War U.S.
He was a graduate of LaSalle Academy and Bryant College.
Don was an account executive for various transportation companies for 37 years until retiring, and a 35 year member and Past-President of the RI Transportation Club and a member of the Delta Nu Alpha Fraternity.
He was an avid Notre Dame Football fan.
Besides his wife he leaves a daughter, Cindy Couture and her husband Norman; two sons, Mark Carlos and his wife Patty and Matthew Carlos and his wife Jennifer; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was the brother of the late Charles and John Carlos.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30 a.m. from WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Spirit Parish (St.
Matthew Church), Dexter St., Central Falls.
Interment with Military Honors will follow at St.
Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
VISITATION will be Friday 5 to 8 p.m.
