Donald "Pop" A. Lariviere

Pawtucket – Donald “Pop” A. Lariviere, 73, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, March 11, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Delores (Gomes) Lariviere for fifty-four years. Born in Central Falls, a son of the late Arthur and Marie (Breton) Lariviere, he resided in Pawtucket since 1959. Don was a Master Electrician at Brown University for twenty years until retiring in 1996, and previously worked in electrical construction. Besides his wife, he leaves three children, Linda M. Rodrigues and her husband, Jace of Smithfield, Donald A. Lariviere, Jr. and his wife, Kathleen of Burrillville and Lisa M. Billington and her husband, Christopher of Pawtucket; three grandchildren, Kara Rodrigues, Jace Rodrigues, Jr. and Christopher Billington, Jr. and nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Edward’s Church, 396 Weeden St., Pawtucket....
