Dennis J. Gilmartin

Woonsocket – Dennis J. Gilmartin, 67, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 10, 2020. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Joseph and Dolly (Florence) Gilmartin. Dennis was retired from his long-time career with USA Today as a prepress specialist. As a young man, he was an avid photographer and a proud employee of Geoff's Meat Distributing. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards, attending sports events, and spending time with his family. Dennis leaves a son, Craig M. Gilmartin and his wife, Becky, of East Providence; his grandchildren Tessa and Nolan Gilmartin; his girlfriend Alicia O'Brien; he was the father of the late Bruce Cyr Gilmartin and the brother of the late Pat Bretanha and the late Cheryl Hallas. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend Services on Friday at 4 p.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
