Debra M. Higgins

Pawtucket – Debra M. (Poulin) Higgins, 58, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 26, 2024, surrounded by her family.

She was the beloved wife of the late Richard M.

Higgins, Jr. for thirty-eight years.

Born in Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Aldore A. and Alice M. (Valenti) Poulin.

Debra relocated to Pawtucket in 1977 and dedicated her life to tending to her home and family.

She enjoyed playing cards, watching reality television shows and took an interest in painting in her latter years.

Debra loved riding bicycles with her late husband through Slater Park and walking the path.

Her favorite pastime was spent playing with her grandchildren and being with her family.

She is survived by two beloved daughters, Ashley M.

Rogers and her husband, Matthew, of Pawtucket, and Angelique L.

Croce and her husband, Bradley, of Burrillville; four grandchildren, Oliver, Charlie, Rory and Violet; a sister, Grace Norton and her husband, Paul, of Pawtucket, and her brother-in-law, John Higgins and his wife, Aimee, also of Pawtucket.

She was the sister of the late Joseph and Dennis Cullen and Doris Poulin.

Her funeral will be held on Friday, beginning with visitation at 11:00 a.m. and concluding with Services at 1:00 p.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Burial will be private.
