David P. Roy

Pawtucket – David P. Roy, 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, he was a son of Marie Y. (Picard) Roy of Pawtucket and the late Armand E. Roy. Dave was a social member of the Garfield Social Club. Besides his mother, he leaves his longtime companion, Mary Pontbriant, her daughter, Kayla, and children, Jaydel, Kayden and Jackson; his siblings, Dennis A. Roy and his wife, Claudette, Robert C. Roy and his wife, Doris, Doreen M. Roy and the late Alan M. Roy and his wife, Nancy; nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and many brothers of the heart. VISITATION will be Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 195 Walcott St., Pawtucket.
