Riendeau, 58, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Friday, June 4, 2021.
He was the beloved husband of Stacey A. (Flaherty) Riendeau for thirteen years and the late Julie M. (Mancini) Riendeau, who passed in 2007.
David was born in Central Falls, a son of the late Raymond E. and Claire S. (LaPorte) Riendeau.
He was a longtime member of the Carpenters Union, Local 330, Warwick, for thirty-five years until retiring in 2017.
David was an active parishioner of St.
John Paul II Parish (St.
Cecilia Church), Pawtucket, and a member of the St.
John Paul II Knights of Columbus Council 12613.
He was also involved in scouting and was a Boy Scout Leader for Troop 18.
Above all, David was a devoted and loving husband, father, brother, and friend.
He will be lovingly remembered by all whose lives he touched over the past fifty-eight years.
Besides his loving wife, Dave leaves a son, Joshua C.
Riendeau of Pawtucket; a sister, Diane Riendeau of Pawtucket; four brothers, Paul Riendeau and Joel Riendeau both of Pawtucket, Richard Riendeau of Billerica, MA and Daniel Riendeau of Cumberland; his uncle, Reverend Paul LaPorte of Pawtucket and many nieces and nephews.
David’s funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.
Cecilia Church, 755 Central Ave., Pawtucket.
Burial at Notre Dame Cemetery will be private.
VISITATION will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m.
