David A. Long

Providence – David A. Long, 31, passed away on Wednesday, December 26, 2018. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of Ellen M. (Brennan) Paine and her husband, Nelson Paine, of Rumford and the late David A. Long. David worked as a barber at KEVZ in Pawtucket for over ten years.  He enjoyed working out, spending time with his family and watching sports. David was an amazing father, son, brother and uncle. Besides his mother and step-father, he is survived by a daughter, Lilliana Long of Cumberland; a sister, Felicia Long of Pawtucket; three step-siblings, Nelson, Sarah and Katie Paine and a niece, Nina Long of Pawtucket. His funeral will be held on Thursday beginning at 9 a.m. in WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by Services at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
