David L. Harrold

Rumford – David L. Harrold, 81, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 15, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved companion of Judith A. (Serafin) DeRosa for nearly forty years. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Daniel F., Jr., and Helen (McNamara) Harrold. David graduated from Pawtucket West High School in 1962 and served six years with the U.S. Army National Guard. He worked as a teller at the former Industrial National Bank, Pawtucket, prior to working in sales at the former Narragansett Brewery, Cranston. David resided in San Francisco and Miami, where he worked in the hospitality industry. He was a die-hard New England sports fan and especially enjoyed the Boston Celtics. David enjoyed playing golf and relished the opportunity to play at the prestigious Olympic Club, San Francisco, CA. His presence will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
