David E. Chauvin

Cranston – David E. Chauvin, 58, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 9, 2017. He was the beloved husband of the late Maureen E. (Senecal) Chauvin. Born in Central Falls, a son of the late Raymond A. and Doris S. (Morissette) Chauvin, he resided in Central Falls and Cumberland before moving to Cranston over thirty years ago. Dave was a graduate of St. Mathieu’s School, Central Falls and he attended Our Lady of Providence High School and was a 1977 graduate of St. Raphael Academy, Pawtucket. He enjoyed playing hockey at both Our Lady of Providence High School and St. Raphael’s Academy. Dave honorably served in the U.S. Army. He was the co-proprietor with his late wife of the former Above & Beyond Cleaning Service, and was previously a manager at Century Drywall in Lincoln and a lead person at Hasbro, Pawtucket.
