Cora M. Duquette

Pawtucket – Cora M. (Choiniere) Duquette, 91, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2013.

She was the beloved wife of the late Lucien “Duke” Duquette.

Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Albert J. and Orilda (Mayer) Choiniere, she resided in Central Falls before returning to Pawtucket many years ago.

Cora was employed by Ann & Hope, Cumberland for twenty years until retiring.

She leaves five children, Roger Duquette, Rachel Santuri and Susan Cooney all of Florida, Russell Duquette of Bristol and Rene Duquette of Cape Cod; a sister, Dolores Dupuis of Pawtucket; a brother, Robert Choiniere of CT; five grandchildren, Denise, Debbie, Emily, Alyssa and Brandon and five great-grandchildren.

She was the sister of the late Beatrice Tetreault, Aurora Bourassa, Anita Bouthillier, Emile, Ernest, Normand, Adrien, Leo, Roland and Raymond Choiniere.

Her funeral will be held Thursday at 8:15 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Committal Service at 10 a.m. at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.

VISITATION will be Wednesday 4 – 7 p.m.
