Constance "Connie" J. Mills

Pawtucket – Constance “Connie” J. (Everly) Mills, 87, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020. She was the wife of the late James W. Mills, Sr. Born in Attleboro, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Arthur C. and Bernice (Richardson) Everly. Connie was a proud, lifelong member of Darlington Congregational Church in Pawtucket.  She enjoyed spending time at the Leon Mathieu Senior Center, shopping, going to the beach and tending to her hair and nails. Connie found great joy in spending time with her family and relaxing on her front porch. She is survived by two children, Thomas C. Mills of Pawtucket and Joanne Matteson of Cumberland; a sister, Shirley Cole of Florida; a brother, Arthur Everly, Jr. of Blackstone, Massachusetts; six grandchildren, Jennifer Benjamin of North Kingstown, Jason Mills of Pawtucket, Michaela Mills of Wakefield, Michael Oliveira of Cumberland, Eric Mills of Pawtucket and Jessica Matteson of Cumberland and five great-grandchildren, Seamus Mills, Nicholas and Lola Benjamin,...
